The Dr. Günter von Alberti Prize
Dr. Günter von Alberti (24 Jan 1920 – 27 Sept 1996) was a senior civil servant at the Baden-Württemberg State Ministry of Sciences, Research and the Arts. After entering retirement he provided the Steinbeis Foundation with numerous valuable insights based on his wealth of experience, his exceptional knowledge, and unparalleled abilities. Until shortly before his death, von Alberti was still an active member of staff at the Steinbeis Stiftung head office. Among his achievements was a major contribution towards setting up the Steinbeis University.
The Dr. Günter von Alberti Prize is awarded by Steinbeis University every year for the best performance on each of the following Project Competence Programs: Master of Business and Engineering/Master of Business Engineering (MBE), Master of Business Administration (MBA, Entrepreneurial Management) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) .
