Your Role<\/strong>
\nYou take responsibility for direct contact with prospective students and corporate partners \u2013 with a clear focus on qualified degrees and long-term collaborations.<\/p>\n\n- You build sustainable relationships in B2B and B2C environments and strategically develop them further.<\/li>\n
- You manage your sales pipeline in a KPI-driven, data-based, and efficient manner \u2013 with the goal of successfully converting interested parties into students.<\/li>\n
- You meticulously document all process steps in our CRM systems (Pipedrive \/ SuperChat) and ensure that every placement is completed in a structured, transparent, and comprehensive manner.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Ideally a completed degree<\/strong><\/li>\n
- At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B or B2C sales,<\/strong> ideally with target responsibility<\/strong> for revenue<\/strong> or conversion rates<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Strong KPI orientation<\/strong> and the ability to derive concrete actions from key figures<\/li>\n
- Convincing communication and closing skills<\/strong> that build trust and inspire new customers<\/li>\n
- Proficient in using CRM systems<\/strong> and digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, booking systems)<\/li>\n
- Enjoyment in co-designing information events and trade fairs<\/strong> as well as in convincingly presenting our educational offerings<\/li>\n
- Structured, self-reliant way of working<\/strong> with high quality standards<\/strong><\/li>\n
