Junior Sales Manager

Part-time/Full-time in Gaggenau

Your Responsibilities

Your Role
You take responsibility for direct contact with prospective students and corporate partners – with a clear focus on qualified degrees and long-term collaborations.

  • You build sustainable relationships in B2B and B2C environments and strategically develop them further.
  • You manage your sales pipeline in a KPI-driven, data-based, and efficient manner – with the goal of successfully converting interested parties into students.
  • You meticulously document all process steps in our CRM systems (Pipedrive / SuperChat) and ensure that every placement is completed in a structured, transparent, and comprehensive manner.

Your Profile:

  • Ideally a completed degree
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B or B2C sales, ideally with target responsibility for revenue or conversion rates
  • Strong KPI orientation and the ability to derive concrete actions from key figures
  • Convincing communication and closing skills that build trust and inspire new customers
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, booking systems)
  • Enjoyment in co-designing information events and trade fairs as well as in convincingly presenting our educational offerings
  • Structured, self-reliant way of working with high quality standards
